Northwest Coast Silver Raven-Eagle Bracelet (#18-005)

Exquisitely carved vintage silver Northwest coast Indian bracelet with totemic design of a “Raven-Eagle.” This beautiful bracelet features a split or schematic rendering of a bird in traditional Northwest coast style, with two side views that meet at the head. The form line design is traditional and well done, fitting the abstracted elements of the bird into a harmonious whole. The piece is masterfully carved and signed in script on the reverse: “Raven-Eagle By Daniel, Sterling,” though I was unable to find any additional information about the artist. The bracelet is is slightly concave.

Circa: 4th Quarter 20th Century. 3/4″ H. Interior Measurements: Circumference 6 5/8″ 2 5/16″ W. Has some flexibility. Weight: 22.5 grams
