Antique Japanese Silver and Brass Tobacco Pipe ‘Kiseru’ with Man and Tiger Design (#18-040)

A beautiful old Japanese ‘kiseru’ pipe made from silver, brass, and a white metal alloy, with a stem of bamboo. Engraved pine motifs to the brass, and an overlay of repoussé silver depicting a crouching man and a very fierce tiger. In wonderful condition with a fine antique patina.
