David Andersen Norway Midcentury Sterling Bracelet or Armband (#18-013)

Fine sterling bracelet/armband by the noted Norwegian designer David Andersen. This fine bracelet is part of Andersen’s SAGA Series, and is based on Viking designs of the 4th-11th Centuries A.D. on display at the Historical Museum in Oslo. Although based on ancient jewelry it has a very modernist feel and aesthetic. Featuring a wraparound design with stamp work and a raised center, this bracelet is quite attractive. Hallmarked on the reverse.
